RQ0368-01A Firmware Request

Hi,
i need the full Firmware for my Radio.
My Amazon Order ID is: 302-2962229-7686756
It doesn't start to OS anymore. Also i get a info "no parameter" while upgrading with a firmware supported by your forum.
so maybe i hitted the wrong firmware.

My amazon colleague help me check your order number but it's not the head unit, could you please check if you give us the right amazon order number?
Before we get your product details and send you the right firmware for your unit.
