navigation key doesn't work after igo software update

Hi!

I made an update of the igo navigation software following the description here
. Everything is fine but the (hardware) navigation key on the left upper side of the head unit doesn't work anymore.

Device ist an KD-C1009-DE-A .

Sorry for replying you late because we are now on Chinese Spring Festival Holiday!
Do you mean when you press NAVI button, it is not turn on the map software any more? Could you mind go to setting---gps---gps application to choose the map software and then check? Cause it maybe just lost the shortcut key setting there.
