WinCE KD-W0530A Soundquality with cinch

Dear pumpkin-support,

i bought a used car with built-in pumpkin KD-W0530A and i like the functionality a lot. To increase soundquality, i want to use cinch outputs. I hope that i get better noise-to-signal quality. The problem is, that i neither have a manual with pin-description, nor the cable for audio/video. Could you evaluate the chance to increase soundquality with cinch and send me a link for the manual/pin-description? Thank you, best regards david

Hi,

thank you for the manual. Worse luck, there is only a schematic picture of the RCA connectors. It's the same picture as on the naviceiver itself. I just need the pin-numbers of the front audio left/right, the subwoofer and the connector for the rear cam. Maybe i'm able to measure the outputs but i have to guess the inputs. Is there a possibility to buy the connectors separately in germany? Otherwise, i have to build them on my own. One Question about the sub output. Is it a mono summery of left and right channel and is it filtered? If yes, with wich lowpass frequency? A lot of questions, but thanks a lot in front.

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
The unit had the RCA connectors port for adding the external device, such as subwoofer, DVB-T box, headrest monitor.
Cause the port is special design from the factory, you may not find it in your country.
But you can buy it from us.
Normally we will send it by post, and it takes 12-25 business days to arrive.
If you want it, please write to "support@autopumpkin.com", there my colleague will reply you.
About the sub output, it's not the mono summery of left and right channel, it's determined by the audio.
