Sorry about this.
Once your return package was received, we will arrange to send it to factory for repair each Friday, and the factory need about a week, sometime it take a little long time. Cause the part need to replaced maybe out of stock.
Please don't worry, you can keep in touch with the custom service, once we get the repaired unit from the factory , we will arrange to send it to you ASAP.
