Could you please first tell us your order number?
About the update maps, it does not support to update via website, but if we got new map file from the factory, we can send to you via email, all you need to do is just download and use it.

Hi, i ordered my Pumpkin unit via Aliexpress. The order number is: 75912697506884, which was purchased on 7/6/16. If there's any available map update for Igo, you can send to this e-mail address: babakshock@yahoo.no. I have seen some topics regarding IGO map update, but i need to be sure if i can download this to my device

Hi Jammy you can see from my previous thread I am after updated software for the iGo app too. Is that available yet? or is there a way to update the firmware?

Hi, thanks for the map update. I went ahead and installed the map updated into the root of my micro sd card, and plugged in my car's unit slot. I located the appk folder, and i found the IGO map update, and installed it. Now if i want to replace the update with existing IGO gps app, and i answered yes. It all went smooth and nice, and very quickly. I just need to be sure that i have done all the steps correctly?

I also did an another procedure, just to be sure that i have installed the newest map. I deleted the old IGO folder within the micro sd which came with the unit. And then i saved the new updated IGO folder into the root of the micro sd card and inserted inside the gps slot. I tested the IGO gps, and it seems that it works fine. Is this the correct way to do, or is it not? And when i try to search an address, and i find i get the pop-up message which says "part of the road is unpaved" What does this message mean?

Hi,
This maps is the 2015 latest version, so some road or building on the maps may have changed, but the maps is out of date and need to update, or the address you searched is too small to be found, sorry about this.
Once we have the new maps, we can post it on the forum or send it to you.

Why wasn't i informed about this previously? I have now in good faith deleted the old IGO folder, and replaced it with the new and updated version. And now you're saying that the maps are out of date, and needs to be updated. I'm really confused here, because i thougth that i now have updated my IGO map with the one provide your staff. Please help me out here, because i'm really confused at the moment
