no radio on RQ1126

hi i bought this stereo seecond hand and the douche tried to put 5.1.1 on it and it just showed a black screen he supplied me with details on what it was before i have used firmware supplied from you guys but the mcu is coming up as kld v2.85 the details i got with the stereo says it should be on kld v2.86 as i have flashed it with firmware supplied on the site it still gets no sound or radio stations can you supply the correct mcu ?

Sorry to hear about this.
Please don't flash the unit any more, if you want, please contact us first, cause as the result you had, it may damage the unit.
Could you please tell us the version of your original mcu?
And at the same time, you can enter the Settings--factory settings(126)--application to check if the radio option is TEF6686.

hi yes it is on tef6686,

the orifginal mcu it was on is MTCB-KLD6-V2.86

can this file be provided

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Cause your unit is the second hand stuff and I did not know if the MTCB-KLD6-V2.86 mcu version is your original one.
Please go to the factory settings and change the radio option to TDA7786 to check.
If this does not help, you can flash the below old mcu version. Hope some help.
