11-RQ0265 steering wheel button won't work

I have prius 2010 basic model non jbl
all my button work except for the mode button
I had a different pumpkin head unit before and all the button work don't know why this unit the mode button doesn't work

Hi,
You can restore the factory settings, enter the steering wheel keys menu to learn the buttons again.
Please try to press the Reset first.

try it couple of time didn't seem to work
I even try to select wheel 3 I think didn't work, all my button on my prius work except for the mode button
what should I select for the canbus in factory setting

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Please don't change the factory settings, cause it may make the function mixed, even not working.
And cause your car does not have canbus, the canbus option in the factory settings does not matter with your car steering wheel.
You can do the factory data restore or flash the unit with our latest firmware to check.

i don't think this is the right firmware all my button no longer working on the unit and when i swipe left it swipe right, when i press left corner it press right corner

Do the buttons on the unit not working after flash the unit, or just the steering wheel keys on your car not working?
