Screen resolution issue

Hi i have a question regarding my Pumpkin unit, it's a 10.1 inch 2-din player. I ordered this unit via aliexpress, the order number is 75912697506884 and it was purchased on 7/6/16. I have issue with this unit, according to seller this unit has a resolution of 1024x600 in ful hd. Well in reality it isn't so, when i watch DVD movies i certainly don't see any full hd quality rather than normal sd quality. I'm very dissapointed, and i feel that i have been tricked by Pumpkin corporation and the seller who sold me this unit. Is there any solution for this issue, or is there any firmware update which can solve it? I have also attached a picture, on the picture you can see the model type and serial for the unit.

Hi,
This 10.1 inch unit has the resolution 1024x600, you can just click the Version Info to check it.
This unit has been testified with support the 1080P hd video.
But you said that the unit did not display the full hd quality when watching movie, could you please take a video about it?
We will check it.
And you can play the 1080P video from USB or SD card to check.

Well i can upload a video when watching DVD movies, i will upload this within this week. But i have also used to watch hd movies in 720p and 1080p from sd card, but i don't feel that the screen shows in full hd resolution.

1024x600 is not full HD, is not even 720p

1080p Full HD is : 1980x1080
720p HD is: 1280x720

Its better that DVD but not reall FULL HD
