27-AQTU72-DE-A Android Headunit stuck at boot

Hello,

I bought the 27-AQTU72-DE-A Android Headunit quite recently acctualy.
This morning as I started up the car, the headunit started to boot, but was stuck on boot logo.
I naturally tried pressing the reset key but it's still stuck at boot.
Has anyone had that problem? Any luck with the fixes?

We had sent your video to the factory, they will check and provide the update firmware to solve it.

Really sorry for the long waiting time brought to you.
We contacted the factory technician several times, the last time they said that the update firmware was still under testing, if there is not any problem, they will send it to us next Monday.
If you can still not get the update firmware next week, you can return it back for a replacement or a refund.

I've tried to flash the device with an image you've provided, but without success.
I would like to send the unit back to you for replacement.

Sorry to hear about this.
Would you mind try a few times to check? Cause when we test the update firmware, there is still a failure during the process.
If you tried several times about the process I mentioned before but without success, sorry about this.
