no sound...

Everything was working fine then all of a sudden no sound from any of the apps; radio, bluetooth audio, poweramp, etc. Device details show model: S07, MCU: MTCB-5y-v2.44, kernel: 3.0.36+

any ideas?

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
Can you factory reset the radio to check? If this is not solve it, it maybe the built in radio amplifier processing is problem. You may return the item back to check and repair. Can you tell me your ebay ID which used to buy the item?

I have this problem too, I cannot adjust via analogue volume knob, but can adjust using pull down menu and volume button.

Hi, about the C0357 analogue volume knob problem, could you please reset the item to check? Just use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST hole on front panel. If this does not help, you can try to enter the Settings--factory settings(126)--Wheel3. Please check if it's not selected.
You can also take a short video and upload it to youtube, then send the link to us, we will help you check and try to give you solution.
