Hi,
If you have tried to delete and reinstall the dab app, even replace a new dab aerial, but the problem still happens.
There is another way that may help both you and us solve the problem.
Cause this problem need to be checked with the unit you had, then we can find the solution about it.
So please contact with our customer service, you can return the unit and DAB box back to us.
We will help you repair or send you a new unit.
Regards

Hi,
Really sorry about the trouble caused.
The stable DAB signal is the key to make the DAB app work as it suppose to.
There are two factors which can affect the DAB signal receiving, one is the DAB antenna, the other is the DAB module inside the unit.
Could you please tell us if you returned the second unit back to us?
If not, please contact our customer service, hope you can return the unit back to HK, and we will cover the postage.
We need the fault unit to analyse and find the solution for the DAB problem.
Regards

hi there,
the aerial is pretty useless to be fair, in and out of signal but only out of the speakers on the left regardless of good signal or not.
unit went back to the ebay company used and another got sent back out form their UK warehouse. took two weeks and was with a hole in dash for this time and came back same as before. very frustrating and cost me £20.
It must be a inside unit fault......as ive checked and rechecked all the wires and this being the second unit ive had two lots of wires now also to use.
apart form this its a good unit that is whats so frustrating.......

are you able to do a swap??......post another out and have mine picked up at same time so I'm not without a unit for weeks........please, as a good will gesture as this has been ongoing for sooooo long now.

Hi,
Could you please tell us your ebay buyer/user ID?
We need this information to help you check.
The solution I mentioned in previous thread is to solve the DAB problem and make it work well.
You may need to send back the fault unit and the DAB box to HK by DHL, and once you get the tracking number, we will cover the postage.
At the same time, we can arrange to send you a new unit and the DAB from our UK warehouse.
More questions, please contact us freely.

I don't mind sending back again.....as long as you do cover postage as I cant afford to do it again as was £20 last time
Will you send out a new unit as soon as I give you the tracking info? just I drive for a job and to have no stereo for days is not good.
please let me know

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
If you contacted me or our ebay customer service earlier, the method I provided should be approved,
But now our manager did not agree with it.
And the factory ever told that the problem was caused by the audio channel converter on the DAB module.
Please don't worry, your unit is still under warranty, you can still return it back to us for repair.
Really sorry for my mistake to make you unfair.
Regards

Ok that's fine. At least you now know what the problem is I suppose as when I sent back last time I'm not sure it was properly diagnosed.
How do I go about returning to you? And how are you able to cover the potage back to you? Will it go back to your UK warehouse. How long till you can post another as don't want to be ages without a stereo.
Thanks.
