Hello,
I just purchased and installed:SKU: 11-RQ0259E-US-A (http://www.autopumpkin.com/pumpkin-univ ... fi-3g.html)
I have everything working perfectly. All volume levels on the radio, A/V, internet applications (pandora), etc sound great.
When I switch to bluetooth, I get moderate static, and my sound seems to go into some sort of attenuation mode. In order to even hear music streaming or people on the other side of a phone call, i have to crank my volume to 30. Even then, it is very quiet.
I have even gone into the factory settings and testing turning up all volumes one at a time. All volume adjustments work for everything else, but not for bluetooth. I have tested pairing and streaming from 4 different devices with the same results. These devices streamed fine to my last deck as well.
Please advise. I am very happy with this deck, but the bluetooth issue is untolerable.

The item is built in Parrot BT module which is the toplist module used on car stereo. It shouldn't be with those kind of issue.Would you mind update the system of the radio to check? Below is the firmware:
And please check the following topic as update referrenece, please use method situation 1.
