I have tried email, but just get back the link for steering controls installation.
When I try to setup steering controls I get the dash in the box, but on exiting after saving its not working.
I am asking, will changing the CanBus settings in the factory settings, application help. It is set to 05GM (raise). My vehicle is abarth (fiat) 500.

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
The item you bought is just universal 2 din device, it is only support resistance based steering wheel control function to work. And the Fiat 500 car should be original with can bus system and it is can type steering wheel control function. So you may need to buy a can bus interface adapter to support the original car's steering wheel control function my friend.
