I don`t know the Build number right now because I`ve updated the system from Android kitKat 4.4.4 to Lollipop 5 (wrong resolution 800x400 and wrong version for my VW CC) , and now I want to come back to my pervious KitKat 4.4.4 if Android Lollipop 5 is not available for my system (from what I saw after I made this wrong update).

Hi,
Could you please tell us if you updated both the firmware(rom) and mcu for your original android 4.4 unit?
According to the problem which the attached picture shows, it maybe just caused by the wrong firmware installation.
Here is the right original firmware for your android 4.4 unit.

You need to enter the recovery mode to flash the unit with the original firmware.
