WI-FI problem.

Contact Support pumpkin because it had problems in WI-FI, when sliding to ON it says: Turning on wi-fi, and than the slider goes back to OFF and support sent me this dongle to connect the USB port http://www.autopumpkin.com/pumpkin-mini ... eo-pc.html , but the Headunit does not detect.

In microsoft windows 10 and 7 dongle works perfectly. But the headunit does not detect nor led league. The USB ports are functioning properly in the headunit.

Any idea?

Hi,
Sorry for the trouble caused.
With respect of your description, it's strange since I never encounter this situation.
The built in wifi module may be broken, but the unit can still connect to internet with the external wifi dongle only when the USB port works.
Could you please tell us your order number or the product SKU?
We can send you the update firmware to check.
