Firmware for RQ0276E

Hello,

is there any update for the RQ0276E unit?
The unit sometimes doesn't boot (black display) or doesn't recognize my usb key.

Hi,
You can first restore the factory data reset to check.
And please tell us the current system version on your unit.
If there is a new update firmware, we can send you and try to solve the problem.

I have a Pumpkin RQ0276E of same standard with similar problems. Bought from starstore88 on 26th October 2016. I tonight uploaded this new image and all i get is errors. system will now not boot at all. None of the boot load options work. Help please.

Having attempted to do this update i now do a reset into system recovery and
get E:failed to mount /dev/cache /dev/block/rknand_cache (block device required)
E:Can't mount /cache/recovery/last_log
E:can't open /cache/recovery/last_log
same for last_ install
same for last_kmsg
i can do a reboot system now and can get back into operational software and it still runs

from a seeming working system i insert a new image on sd card and attempt an update from system menu
get the same error messages

Hi Hamish,
Could you please tell us your ebay buyer/user ID?
Normally if the update firmware is right for the unit, it will recognize and finish the update.
And please check the file you download and the update.img file need to be put into the root inventory of the SD card.
If it's convenient for you, hope you can take a photo of the file you put into the SD card.
We will help you check and try to solve it.
