Digital TV antenna and external microphone

Jammy I sent my radio back for repair under warranty and was told to send all the wiring and fittings with it.
When I got it back the digital TV antenna and the external microphone were not in the box, I need these to fit the radio and any communication does not seem to be understood.
The unit is KD-C0223D.

Hi,
Could you please tell us where you bought the unit?
The order number or buyer ID would be appreciated for us.
Normally we will send the unit and all the accessories back to you after repairing.
Please check if you had returned the digital TV antenna and the external microphone.
If it's really our mistake, we can send them to you.
And you'd better contact the customer service which help you return and arrange the repaired unit shippmend.

Jammy the unit was bought from pumpkin 18au on your Australian site.
I started to reinstall the unit when we got home from a holiday( the unit was supposed to be sent to me at holiday address but was sent to home address so install was delayed).
When I got to the stage of installing the wiring and radio I found that the digital TV antenna and the external microphone were missing (these had both been sent back as requested).
I checked the box to make sure I had not overlooked them but they were not to be found.
Now I am being messed around by the support staff wanting photos of the box now they want me to open the box and take pictures of the accessories even though they have been told the unit is 3/4 installed it is simply waiting for the digital tv antenna and the external microphone to be put in and it will be finished.(so the box is empty).
Contacting customer service has become an exercise in frustration as they don't seem to understand what they are being told or they don't believe that these items were not packed.
I have a simple question, Why would I want two antennas and two microphones when I have only one head unit.
These two items were sent back to your factory as requested but no sent back to me when the unit was returned.

Hello Jammy we had this problem when I needed to send the unit back.
The tracking number on the box that has come back recently is as follows. EA164026520CN
That is the number on the EMS express mail waybill dated 2016/8/5 11:11
I hope this is the tracking number as there is another label on the box with a different number, that number is 000552P15780041 and that label says buyer ID :: Ton is also says underneath the bar code (7551875) Ref No.000552P15780041
CS: S0934 SD: S0292(X009) Buyer ID: Ton
Is this any help as I have already sent photos to a Monica I think that is correct.

She is asking for photos that I can't give (the wiring and most of the accessories have been installed) and she has been told that the unit has been partially installed and does not seem to understand.
So far all I have got out of this is frustration.
It appears to me that I am being treated as the person who has done the wrong thing.
As I wrote, the microphone and antenna were sent back with the unit as requested and they were not sent back to me after the repair was completed.
Why am I being treated this way, I have done nothing wrong. I am the victim in this matter.

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Cause some of our return policy limitation, we need to more information to check if the missing TV antenna and external microphone was forgotten to put into the package which sending back to you, sorry for the misleading brought to you.
We will check if our company warehouse has the TV antenna.
If we find it, we can send it to you ASAP
And once they are to be sent to you, we will also give you the tracking number.

Hello Jammy,
It should not matter if you company warehouse has not got the antenna I sent back they should simply send a replacement microphone ans tv antenna as they failed to pack them when my head unit was returned.
Your method of handling this matter implies that I am not telling the truth and am trying to steal from your company, and as I pointed out before WHY would I need 2 microphones and 2 antennas as I have only 1 head unit to fit them to.
If you no longer have the antennas in production why don't you simply purchase one from another supplier?
I made the point to Monica (I think that is the persons name) that's as your company does not seem to be willing to send me the missing item then I should me entitled to a refund of the difference between the head unit with the TV and the head unit without ,or failing that a FULL REFUND of the purchase price with you company to pay all the return costs.
At this present time I do not have a very good opinion of your company as I seem to have nothing but trouble in my dealing with them.
