I've applied the firmware update and now the screen image is too small for the size of the unit, please see attached pictures.

Hi,
You must flash the wrong firmware, please try to install this below firmware to check.

You need to enter the recovery mode to install it.
Connect the power cable, press the power button and RST hole at the same time, keep 3-5 second, first release the RST hole, then release the power button.

I have done the update but my unit has been returned to factory setting !!!! why is there no mention of this happening ?? can i recover this ??
