obd canot connect-blutooth problem?(vid)

Hello i just bought a 2din 7 inch pumpkin android 5.1.
I am trying to connect the obd device,i connects as the obd icon is on above the screen but in the torque pro program says that it hasn't connect.
ps. the obd device is working properly because at my mobile device i haven't any problem.
what is going on does anyone knows?

what are the different protocols you suggest that i can use to check?

Hi,
I don't know very OBD protocols, you can check this information from the website.
And please notice, you need to start your car engine, then our unit can read the data from your car via OBD.
If you still have problem, would you mind take a little long video and send it to us for check?
