What is the mcu version of that model?
It seems like it can be upgraded with 2 gb ram there is a group buy on xda developpers...
And it works with others firmwares, what is the best ROM?

Could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
You can go to the Settings--about device to check the version information.
Please notice, the RAM is based on the internal chip, it does not support to be changed by upgrading or rooting.
And there is a risk of damaging the unit after flashing the unit. Hope your understanding.

Hi,
Cause the mcu version is changed irregularly by factory developers, and the unit which was shipped out to warehouse or amazon FBA warehouse can hardly be confirmed the right system version, including the rom and mcu.
If you want to get the original rom and mcu, please tell us the information on the unit when you get it.
But we have to kindly remind you, even you are a computer engineer or software developer, there is still a risk of failing to modify the RAM, what's wore, during the RAM upgrading, the unit may get the irreparable damage and it will not work at all.
The factory also says that any change or modify of the hardware will break the warranty, most aftermarket head unit sellers have the same rule and policy, so we suggest you take it into consideration in case the unit is broken after RAM upgrading.

yes I want get the original rom and mcu,

in info tablet it says: MTCC-KLD6-V2.97 and the delepoppers confirmed me that it is upgradable to 2gb and Malaysk - Dsa - Booroondook ROM work

is there a way for root the device without change firmware or for enable the usb debug?
is there a pre-rooted stock firmware?

Hi,
There is not a way for root the device at our side, and the factory technician don't allow to root the device, otherwise it may break the warranty.
The unit can recognize the mp3 and video from USB port, but it can not read the smartphone via usb connection.
