No Subwoofer Signal on Sub out @ 11-RQ0422E-DE-A

Hello.

I have ordered on amazon and have some problems with it. The biggest is the subwoofer output, there is no function on the sub out, no signal. No bass comes out of my subwoofer (red subwoofer power lamp is on) and there are no options on the system for the sub output. why ?
in my opinion the system himself runs not very fast ... had some crashes since the radio is built in.
The external microphone doesn´t work well or i think the internal microphone runs altought the external is pluged in ... i dont know ... definitly a very bad audio quality.

Is a system update available ? i want that the subwoofer output work. For 380€ the subwoofer output should work!

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
For the sub out on our unit, could you please tell us if you used the original subwoofer or the external subwoofer?
If you used the external subwoofer, please contact a couple of RCA audio output from our unit, such as Rear Out L and R or Front Out L and R.
The subwoofer RCA out can only output a special range lower audio frequency, so the sub out may sound not well.
For the microphone, normally if the internal microphone works, we don't suggest use the external mic, just as you said, actually the internal mic also work when plug in the external mic. Sorry about this.
