Hi!

I just installed the new pumpkin radio from eBay (id pumpkin_cool)


I try to install the apex launcher but I can't add any widget why,?

And where I find the navigation software to download?

I don't have the rear camera but I have the parking sensor, when I put the R gear start the little ops graphics and always rear camera but send me an error message "no signals"
Is possible to have full screen ops graphics without this error?

I have a 2014 beetle...

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
For the apex launcher, it maybe the app version not compatible with our unit.

You can find the navigation software, such as sygic, here maps and google maps.
If you don't mind, we can send you the free maps provided by factory.
About the rear camera function, it's normal that the display screen will get a message "no signals",but you can still use the reversing radar function, if your original reversing radar, please go to the CarSettings--Common to set it.
If you don't want to see the "no signal" message,there is not a setting which is used for turning off the switch function when you put your car into reverse. but you can find the reverse detective wire from the power cable and cut it, then the unit will not switch into reverse image no matter you driving forward or back your car.

Hi,
I tested the apex on the unit which is the same as you, you can hold the installed app and drag it to the apex menu.
Please try this.

Did you get the same unit AQVW71 from us?
Regarding your issue, would you mind take a video to help us check?
This unit support the quick boot no matter when you turn on the unit again, and it will not drain your car battery, cause it just has about 3mah current.

Hi,
From your attached video, the unit can quick boot when you switch the key to ACC, but it will restart the android system once you switch to ON.
After discussing your issue and testing with our technician, the quick boot works as it should be as long as the unit can get above 9V power supply. So please check if your car battery has above 9V power supply when you start the engine.
If not, your car battery may have problem.
