Screen with too much bright and icons cannot be seen properly

Hello,
My DVD Navigation has too much bright in the screen and thefore icons cannot seen properly. I tried to reduce the bright but still is having the same issue. Also when I put the reverse camera also cannot see almost anything. Can you please help me?. Perhaps by updating the firmware this can be fixed?. My firmware is:

Sorry about this.
Many of our clients fell the screen brightness darkness, but you said it to much bright and the reduce seem don't work, that's strange for us.
Could you please take some picture or a short video about the screen brightness to show us?
We can send you the update firmware, but we are not sure if it does help.

When I install some contrast apk everything is fine, but when I turn off the DVD and turn it on I have to re-activate the apk, is there any way for the apk to turn on automatically when I turn on the DVD ??

Hi,
This unit does not support to set the apk to turn on automatically.
I think the reason maybe the apk automatic starting slow down the operation system booting.
