RQ0261E the first Impression

today my RQ0261E came in & I made some test indoor to see how it works.

So far it plays DVD´s with an US Regional Code. Nice
The it quickly connects to my phone and got acces to my adress book. The Diplay works fine. I do not regret to
choose the high resolution of 1024x600.

The manual is kind of poor as well the translation from Chinese to Germany could be better.

Here some finding which I don´t like. The letters on the radio display are corrupt. I think this is a programming bug.
Here some pictures and you can provide your customers a fix for that.

Take a close look to the letters AF / TA / PYT / FM / AM.
Why are the letters displayed incorrectly?

Hi,
Thanks for your impression sharing.
The letters on the radio display are not corrupt, they are just the special design which is said by the factory tech.
If you don't like it, sorry about this, but it does not affect the radio function using, hope your understanding.

Hi,
Could you please tell us where you got the iGO Isreal, the free version provided by us or bought from other places?
If you just want to install IGO, you just need to put the SD card with the IGO into the GPS slot, then follow the steps, apkInstall--Install--GPS and click the IGO apk to install. After finishing, just open and use it. Here is a tutorial video for your reference. Hope some help.

Do you have IGO PRIMO in your download area ?
Where do I get the tested Pumpkin Version?

Hi,
Cause the map files is too large to send via email, we can only upload the rar file to Mega, that's the proper way to both us.
When you get the map file link, please download it through your browser, and make the network smooth.
After you download it, you will get a "2016 EUR android" rar file, please try to use winrar or 7-zip to extract and get a same name "2016 EUR android" folder.
If you still fail to use this map navigation, you can also choose to use other maps, such as Sygic, here maps, google map and waze.

Problem with the download are solved.
Jammy 99% of your potential customers a camper van drivers. Can you ad in cars a camper and in poi campgrounds data. This would be nice.

Then I found bug. This is dutch language and should be German.

Can you fix it. Omkeren van de baan is wrong.

Hello Jammy,
when I am listening to mp3 on SD card or USB Stick it has terrible dropouts.
Can you tell me how to solve it. It cannot be that it has so many dropouts.
It I plays DVD or Radio or CD it works fine. no dropouts.
Then is also reports that I am having GPS losses. It has good GPS receipten.
I assume something wrog.
Do you want to see some evidence. I have to upload on you tube. Not a good advertising then.
Fix it or tell me how to slve this problem.

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
For the camper and poi campgrounds data, I will feedback your suggestion to the factory developer.
For the language translation bug, sorry about this, because we don't quite understand German and different countries have different language using habit. We will try to improve and perfect this point in the future.
For the mp3 on SD card or USB stick dropouts problem, hope you can send us the link of the video about the problem.
This unit can support up 32GB SD card and USB, and please check if there are some other files which can not be read by the unit.
For the GPS signal, it may be affected by other factor, like when you drive through a tunnel, could you please tell us when the GPS lose the signal?
You can also ad it to the youtube video about the mp3 dropout.
We will help you check.
