The screen is to Dim.

Hello i bought this player RQ0276E-US-A in june. The problem that i have is that the screen is to dark. Is it possible to do something about that ? I dont have the remote to the player why is that ? It will be nice to have a fix for this any suggestions ? Best regards from Geir

You can try to install our latest firmware to check.

Hi Jammy, thank you for your ongoing support.

My head display unit doesn't dim the screen when I switch the car lights on or dim up/down using the dimmer on my dashboard. I've checked the cables and i see the ORANGE ILLUMINATION WIRE is on your provided cable and I know that it is also on the ISO cable from the car. My previous head unit use to dim nicely.

Is there firmware, config. or additional hardware I need to make it work ?
