Hi,
Cause the map you got is the free decoded version, we get the new maps from the factory after a delay time.
Now some of our units don't include the maps due to the old version of the map, sorry about this.
We will give the maps link only when our client want to try to use other kind of maps.
If you want to use the most new maps, you can use other maps, such as Sygic, google maps and waze.
And once we have the news igo maps, we can send it to you to use.
Regards

Hi monette,
Do you mean that the new maps navigation software could not be installed due to the RAM limitation?
If is, please remove some rarely used apps, then delete the old navigation software and reinstall it through apkInstall.
Regards

Jammy I had issues with the download.
FINALLY I was able to download the map. Then I unzip it on SD Card. Then inserted in GPS SD slot and started the APK.

Then I got theses error messages. Is this normal?
Looks it works.

Hi,
The dialog during the navigation software installation is normal and it does not affect the navigation function.
For the poi data, please enter the navigation software and go to the Setup--restore to default.
The maps I sent to you can support to find the poi information around.
Regards
