Jammy,

Back to my original question. My phone will pair and connect with my head unit, but it keeps switching to "(no phone)" and back, which makes the hands free toggle off and on in a loop. Have you seen this, and how would I fix it?

Tim

Hi,
Does the problem happen recently? Could you please reset the unit and reboot your phone to check?
This unit can support the android phone automatically connect and the iPhone need to connect manually if it's out of range or disabled.

Yes, it just started doing this. I was looking at the factory settings, so maybe I accidentally changed something? Do you happen to have a list of the default factory settings for this unit?

Hi,
The factory setting password is 126, normally we don't suggest our clients change them without our indication.
You can take a picture about the Application menu and show us the original settings.

Jammy,

I know the access code for the factory settings. What I was asking about is if a list of the default settings themselves is available?

Hi,
There is not a list of the default settings, the factory just don't suggest both you and me change the factory setting.
If the problem can be solved by changing factory setting, we will tell you. Hope your understanding.

Hi, we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should. Becase flashing the firmware has some risks anyway.
