Thank you for replying. I have downloaded the 'EasyConnect' app, but haven't had a chance to try it yet.

I believe that the 'AF' function does not work, as I can drive another vehicle with a factory fitted radio around the country and the 'FM' station reception remains strong and clear at all times with no break in transmission.

When I had my original 'OEM' radio (BOSE) fitted in my car, the 'AF' function worked absolutely fine using the 'OEM' aerial, so I know it isn't a problem with the aerial! It must be the radio on the C0248 unit which is not working to specification.

For the "AF" function, sorry that it does not perform as well as the original fitted radio.
You can get a adapter to use your "OEM" aerial and check if it make the AF function on our radio work better.
Or you can try to get a radio signal booster, it maybe the ""FM station reception too weak to be received by our unit.
