Start Problem

Without notice my unit dont start.
After the "welcome to enter" message go es to the monitor that you could see on image below and keeps there, never changing.
I had used the reset button (RST) but is the same.
I just dont have nothigh
Looking for you urgent help

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Regarding your issue, you can flash the unit with the firmware.

You can use sticker to short press the RST hole on the front panel, then short press twice the middle button,
then long press the middle button, then the radio will go to the recovery mode and automatically finish the process.
If this does not help, you can contact our customer service and return it back to us for repair.

The middle button you refer to the small hole above the RST hole?

The break down in the unit maybe caused by the android system fault or the installed third party app.

Two years after the start problem come again, only this time just show a black lcd.
I had tried the recovecy process RST x1 + middle x2 + middle x1 long, but without result.
About the firmwear update, is made during the recovery or when the unit is on?
