0264 (3188) only boot up after reset

Hi there,

hope anybody can help me, i'm getting mad...

I have an 3188 (1024, Kitkat Malaysk ROM, MCU testet with 2.85, 2.91, 2.97) and - mhmmm, it's an Naviskauto 7, but i hope for help.
I'm in Test-Mode, means i use a 13,8V Power Supply, yellow and red kable bridged.
After Shutting down (and waiting the 30seconds time) i cannot boot again. I have to press Hardware-Reset, wait 5-10 secs and press Power - sometimes it boots again. Or i have to cut both (red AND yellow) Kable and again pressing reset and power on later.
If i release red kable to simulate Ignition off, i have to do the same procedure to start it again.
The reboot-function sometimes works, sometimes i have to restart it in the same way.

I tried different MCUs with empty mcu.cfg, wipe and also Lollipop. Same thing...
Made some changes, device had to reboot - no way to boot up, device is off. I have to turn off and on powersupply, make reset and press power. Then it works, but SD-Card is gone again.

Does anybody have an idea what to do?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Could you please tell us what kind of your car? Does it have canbus system?
Did you use the power cable come with the unit RQ0264?
If possible, please take some photo about your original power cable and make them clearly.
Or please send use the original wiring diagram.
We need more details to help you check.
