No rear Sound when using Amazon music app

my freshly installed Amazon music app only puts sound out to the front loudspeakers. All other apps such as Radio or Mediaplayer are working fine.

It should be the Amazon music app not compatible well with our unit. Sorry about this.
You can download another amazon music app version to check.

thank you for answering my question so quickly, but - sorry - I am not satisfied by that.
I puchased an android-based system, so you have to assure, that the most popular android-apps are running with it.
I hope, your engineers will find a workaround soon.

Hi,
Thanks for your order information.
After discussing your issue with our technician, he said that maybe the amazon music app only have one pair audio channel, so you can only hear the sound from the car front speaker. You can go to the Amplifier to adjust the Fader position, just refer the below attached picture. Hope some help.

I re-installed Amazon music (for another reason) - after that it works correctly.
As for myself, this problem is resolved.
