My devise sometimes only show after start the wallpaper without any button.. Also the OBD2 dongle doesn´t connect and the balance and fader doesn´t work.

Is there a new firmware for my device?

Please download through your browser, copy it to the SD card, insert the SD card into the GSP slot, go to the Settings--about device to click system update, then the unit will read the update firmware and finish the update process automatically.
