That we do is just for confirming the unit you said if it's right as the one we sent out.
She said that your question had been answered.
If the problem is still unsolved, please contact us feel free.

Hi,
That's really strange.
Normally you just need to choose the paired devices and click the dustbin icon in the right bottom of the Bluetooth menu.
And when you do a factory data restore or update the system, the Bluetooth paired record can also be deleted.
Could you please don't plug the OBD2 dongle to your car to check?
And if possible, would you mind take a short video, upload it to youtube, then send the link to us?
We will try our best to provide you best solution.
Regards

For the thousandth time, Parrot FC6000 does not support OBD2 ... It's so hard to explain!!! Only OBD2 WI-FI.

Re: Bluetooth problem obd2 RQ0369E
Hi,
Sorry for the delay reply due to the weekend.
Did you mean that you got an OBD2 wifi from us and it worked?
For the Parrort FC600, it's a better Bluetooth module and it has been tested to work with OBD2 Bluetooth without problem.
We can send you the update mcu kld6-2.97, just hope it can help you.

The process is just like the steps you ever updated the firmware before.
Any assistance, contact us freely.

Yes OBD2 WIFI works well. OBD2 bluetooth I have never seen any work with the Parrot FC6000 with Torque and Dashcommand, but if I prove that works thank you...
