Hard Reset - Pumpkin 12-C0252?

Hallo.
How do I return the device to factory settings. In the menu "Backup & reset" is not working. The device simply reboots all.
On your YouTube channel I found the video, how to reset the device to factory settings https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vPI52QXAJDs. but this method did not work either.
Model: 12-C0252EU
Please help

Hi there
Sorry for replying you late due to not work at weekend.
The method on the youtube video should be correct, did you operate that correctly? The operation should be: 1, short press the RST hole, and then short press the middle hole for two times, and then long press it without release until it boots to the Android menu. If you do not mind, could you please record a short video to show us how you operate it?
