Morning All
I ordered a new Pumpkin head unit for my Skoda Octavia VRS.
Fitted it over the weekend and found that it doesn't fit the same space in the fascia panel as the stereo that I removed (Skoda Bolero). See attached.
I know I should have checked the dimensions more carefully in the first instance but I assumed it was standard for VAG cars...
Has anybody else had this problem? How did you overcome this? Do you know if an alternative dash trim is available?
Thanks
John

Re: Unit doesn't fit
Hi,
Could you please first tell us your order number or buyer ID?
Regarding your issue, you just need to buy a frame from us or other store to solve the problem.
There are two kind of frame for your Skoda, one is used for automatic air-conditioning, the other is used for manual air-conditioning.
You can also directly contact our customer service and get the frame for your car ASAP.
Regards
