OBD will not pair

I purchased model 11-RQ0269E-US-A-GS-Y0004-KN-Y0012 directly from your store, order number 100006102 along with the OBDII dongle. I cannot the ODB to pair.. I checked the pin and its set to 1234.

It finds the dongle but when I click on the pair button nothing happens.

Any ideas?

Hi,
For the OBD2 dongle, please reset the unit to connect the OBD2 dongle again, and you can also refer another forum about how to connect it with our unit to check. Hope some help.

For the thousandth time, Parrot FC6000 does not support OBD2 ... It's so hard to explain!!! Only OBD2 WI-FI.
Change administrator, please. Understand less than customers ....

I know it's not included. Just to explain that Parrot is only compatible with WIFI ...
