Display of car info on 27-AQVW71

Hi Jammy,

I bought recently and installed a 27-AQVW71-DE-A It was as easy as any plug-and-play is. The HU communicates with the vehicle exchanging information via the canbus. The HU displays information related to the air-conditioning settings and the parking sensors and on the other hand side it can be controlled through the steering wheel buttons. All-in-all it seems they are perfectly connected with each other.

However, there is the following problem: although , the "car info" application shows correctly the status of the safety belts, the remaining oil in liters, the battery's voltage in Volts etc. the display that appears when a door is opened does not show any of these items above (the display changes and it actually shows safety belts:ok! (even if they are not fastened), battery voltage: 0 Volts, remaining oil quantity: 0 liters)

How can that be fixed?

With respect of your description, though it's not a big problem, we will feedback it to factory engineer and developer.
