Update for Radio and Navi?

i am looking for a software update for my pumkin radio, here is a photo of the radio with the info screen.
how can i get a update? and how can i do the update?
is there a map update for igo?

will a update fix those problems?
-navi igo is allways shutting down in big citys "no memory"
-internet stick is not working, no internet connection
