Cannot Pair to Pumpkin device

Hi I have a Pumpkin Win CE usint bought from Amazon UK; link

The first time I connected my Android phone using Bluetooth all was fine and I was able to make calls, play music and download my address book. After one day the phone name will not show on the Pumpkin unit all that is displayed id 'disconnect'. The android phone says it is paired with the 'carkit_' but I cannot now do anything through bluetooth. Please help.

Sorry for the trouble caused.
Regarding your issue, please first go to the Bluetooth menu settings to check if you set the auto connect.
If not, please turn it on.
And you can press the RST hole to reset the unit, and try to connect your phone to our unit via Bluetooth to check.
