MCU and Firmware Mistake

I bought two android stereos "pumpkin" last year on eBay, I made a silly mistake trying to update the android system but what I did was a downgrade, the thing is that It was running Android 4.4 but now it's running the 4.2, in this point I dont care what version it runs, the main problem is that I lost the radio tuner and I already tried all the canbus, radio chipset and the radio zone frequencies from the factory settings menu "126" but nothing works to me, i'm wondering if could you provide me the right Rom and MCU or any kind of help to fix my stereo please,
the pictures attached were taken when the stereo was running fine, but after my mistake it's running a different MCU and a different Rom "firmware"
