Weather App doesn´t work

On my brandnew C0362 the Weather App doesn´t work.
Radio is connected to the Internet. But is not possible to
add a Location. App is still showing nothing.

Sorry for replying you late due to the holiday massive mail volume. Hope the reply still can help you!
We have noticed that, and the factory already find the reason, because the weather app is using yahoo weather api, and the yahoo api server is with data during those days, if not remember wrong, it starts few days ago. And we are so sorry that it is still not be fixed yet. As the situation of that, we can only wait for it to recovery my friend. I hope you can understand. If you are urgent using it, please try to install other weather app from google playstore, and then put the weather widget in the second page of the main screen, because the default app is not allowed to be removed. I hope you can understand and do not worry about this!

It still doesn't work on the radio, but the yahoo widget does work on the phone.

Really sorry for replying you late, cause I was ill and rest in hospital where there is no internet for right ear surgery, and my colleague forget to reply you here, hope you can understand!
It maybe this reason, but did you already get the issue solved? I mean maybe you try to reflash at the first time of the day to check?
