On screen text and touch screen TV not working correctly

Sorry I can't find my original thread and couldn't reply sooner as in hospital.

EBIDX%3AIT to go with it. my problems I'm having is that during a program the on screen text is visible all the time, it say's with the separate Ariel I purchased that I'd be able to use the touch screen commands but this isn't possible for some reason. I have disconnected and reconnected from power but this hasn't helped. I seem to recall on my original post you asked for a video, please find link below showing the onscreen text I can't remove and when I change channel by the remote the on screen commands come up, you see me trying to press them but no commands working.

Hi,
It does not matter, sorry to hear you were in hospital.
For the touch screen function during a TV program, could you please first tell us which way you enter the TV program, the Aux or TV?
We will check if it's the system error and try to provide you positive solution later.

I enter the TV programs through the TV NOT through the Aux

Ok Jammy I'm happy to wait as it's being installed into my small campervan and wont be used for a while yet.

Hi,
The factory technician told us, you can try to use the touch pen or the finger tip to press the button on the TV menu.
If it still does not help, the tv box may be broken, you may need a new tv box to solve the touch problem, and please contact our ebay customer service to get the best solution.

Just to update you, I've been in touch with the seller on ebay and they sent me a new TV box and this has not cured the problem, they asked to see the video so I've posted that for them to view and they continue to help me. I'll let you know of the out come and thank you for your kind help
