Hello Jammy,
thanks for the tip. Meanwhile the radio is working again. I have deleted the HERE-software and use the 9.6.29 IGO-Software now, which seems to work perfectly.
When looking for the IGO-Software in the internet I came about an article that described the possibility that in other Cina RNS one could see the arrows of the IGO-navigation in the MFA-screen (white) of VW/Skoda. Is that also possible with my Pumpkin Radio and if so, do I need a special version of IGO or special entries in the sys.txt of the navigation software to see the arrows in my MFA-display?
Another question: Is it possible to change the display time for the climate controls, when I change them?
Best regards and have a good start into the week!

Hi,
As we know, only the original radio can support the arrows of the iGo navigation display in the MFA screen of VW/SKoda.
So it's not possible for our head unit to make it available.
When you change the time on our unit, then the time in the MFA screen will also change.

Hello Jammy,
the Y0178 FAKRA-adapter and the new canbus arrived during the weekend the same day.
Thanks for great support, everything seems to work as it should and reception of FM stations is much better than before.
Using now SYGIC for navigation on my RQ0368.
Best regards and Happy Holidays
Richard
