Problems.

I had a small problem with a 32GB sd card in the micro sd slot.
I wanted to format the SD card using the munu like you do in your Android prhone.
Settings , storage , format SD card.
BEWARE ! It will destroy the contents of both SD cards.
Also your GPS SD will be deleted !

Now the following problem occurs.

I have installed a new IGO navigation system wich i got from Andy .
Works fine but the navigation button on the car stereo is now without function ( useless )
How to fix this issue ?

The radio came originally with IGO from Basarsoft .
The one i got from Andy is different.
Could that be the problem ?
Can anyone provide me with the original Basarsoft IGO navigation software ?

Hi,
For the navigation button, you can go to the Settings--GPS--GPS application option to choose the igo navigation again.
As you said that the different igo navigation can be installed into the unit, so there is no problem for them.

Did you also know about the sd card ?
It erases both GPS and MP3 sd card in the settings menu.

It accepts 32GB cards but the radio has does not really like them i noticed.
16GB , no problems at all.

Hi,
This unit can support up to 32GB sd card or USB stick, that's been confirmed by both us and the factory technician.
Please check if the 32GB sd card you used has the unread file or it's just broken.
