RQ0264 with TEF6686

Hi, recently purchased car radio RQ0264 with tef6686, but the reception is not very good, compared to the old 1din Sony, how can I verify that it has exactly tef6686, rather than for example tef6624

Hi,
You can go to the factory settings to check the radio mode, it is TEF6686 which is based on the radio module of the unit internal configuration.
So if you want to change the radio mode to others, it does not change the radio reception.
But you can refer our another forum about how to improve the radio reception. Hope some help.

The radio function will not work after you change the radio mode in the factory settings.
But please don't worry, it will not hurt the MCU.
