Hello.
So the situation is noo boot up at all or the unit boot up and shut down.
I have no boot at all. Please tell me how did u enter recovery mode pressing the rst button is no help. I just need to flash it

You can refer the below video and try to enter the recovery mode.

If you still could not enter the recovery mode, the android board on the unit may have problem.
Please contact our customer service and return it back to us for repair.

i sent it for repair and it's all good now, but i have a question what is the nature of the unit and MTCB or an MTCD and what is the MCU version
