Goodmorning.
I have the kd-c1120, and, even after a factory reset, it was showing an error about google play, every 10-15 seconds, practically rendering the device useless. After a point, it showed the android robot, with the options to reboot, update system/mcu image etc... Tried wiping all data and restart but still the same thing. Can you please send me the latest .img file for me, in order to try an reflash it? Thanks in advance!

hi again. i have managed to reflash the firmware via USB. everything went well, but after the reboot, the device only shows the "flashing" BMW logo. I tried wiping everything again, but still the same results. is there anything else i can do? could mcu flash fix things? thank you again for your help!

Could you please tell us your order number or buyer ID?
If you flash the mcu but the unit is still stuck in the boot logo, the android board maybe broken.

Also flashed the mcu, but stil the same results. I can not find the order number. The best information i can give you, is that the produce date on the sticker is 26/04/2015. I have a video of the device and the problem here: https://youtu.be/rcNyjBAwlCo . If there is anything else you can think of, that i may try, i am willing to do it!

Sorry about the same results.
I can understand you could not find your order number, because the unit was bought beyond a year ago.
If you bought from amazon or ebay, you can enter your amazon or ebay account to check the purchased records.
If you bought directly from our official website, your paypal account may also have the related payment invoice.
For the unit stuck in the boot logo, you can try to follow the below video to enter the recovery mode, then you can try other firmware or MCU.
As I said in the previous content, it's possible that the android board is broken.
You can contact our customer service to get the alternative solution.
One is that you pay the new android board as deposit, once you receive the new android board and solve the problem, return the old one back to us, you can get the refund of the deposit when we receive the old android board.
Or you can directly return it back to us for repair, with this solution, we can promise to solve your problem.
