Latest available Android version

My amazon order number is "Order #204-2805814-6057955" . Currently Running 4.4.4, I want to
upgrade to the latest available android version. The mirror link apps including Android Auto doesn't
like the version install and the supplied mirror link app has now updated and is only and is only available in Chinese. Can I upgrade,

Hi,
Could you please tell us your current system version?
If there is a new available firmware for your unit, we can send it to you.
Your unit can support the mirror link apps which is the default app on the unit, but it does not support the Android Auto, sorry about this.
For the installed app in Chinese on your phone, we suggest you don't use it, just mirror the screen and sound from your phone to the unit.

Also when you connect using your "easyconnect" the new Chinese only version gets automatically installed on your phone, so I can't use "easyconnect" , is there some other option.

There is not a new firmware for your unit RQ0259, sorry about this.
But you can install the new easy connect app to check.

The Easyconnect software is still in Chinese and also give errors regarding security. I bought this unit because of Android and it's flexibility, now it looks like I'm stuck with Android 4.4 and no mirror link. You should be able to get into your car, connect your phone, select your mirror link software and go. Give me some options.

Can you at least give me instructions of how to change to English.

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
There is not a setting option to change the easy connect app installed on the smartphone from Chinese to English.
I know this is also a problem, but the factory technician and developer said that there are many difficulties for them to solve it.
We are still trying to find a positive solution, sorry for the inconvenience brought to you.
