Factory Reset Pumpkin RQ0278E

My Pumpkin need a Factory Reset. When the device is starting it trys to optimice a app, reboot an try it again. Than turn it off.

How do I perform a factory setting?

The Device not connect my OBD2 adapter.
Is there a new firmware?

Could you please first tell us your order number?
You just go to the Settings--Backup and reset click the Factory data reset to perform a factory restore.
For the OBD2 adapter, please tell us if you bought from us or others.

The Device is not correctly booting. I don't can use the software reset.

The OBD2 adapter is the "EXZA HHOBD Bluetooth Torque Android Diagnose CAN BUS Interface2"

Hi,
Do you mean that you could not enter the Settings menu?
If is, you can try to long press the power button and keep it about 10 second to enter the recovery mode.
Then please choose to do the factory data reset.
For the OBD2 adapter, our unit can support the OBD2 adapter with 4 digits pairing code, please check it.
And you need to make the Bluetooth pairing code is same as the OBD2 adapter.
