Need new update. Top line of screen does not work

Need any and all new updates to include Bluetooth update, top row for touch screen does not work.

Hi,
I did not find your order information, please check if your order number is wrong.
For the to line of the screen issue, it's possible that the touch screen is broken.
Here is the link of the latest firmware for your unit RQ0259.
